Svendborgsundsund shows yet again that the narrow sound is one tricky passage. So as the boats from the 238 NM course got stuck in current even before reaching the town of Svendborg the fleet of the 158 NM course that started three to four hours later were catching up. In the lead of the race is the already legendary team Franz Schollmayer and Falko Braun in the new Firlefanz a really really good looking Corsa 30.
Leading the 158 at 1 AM was the Swedish singlehanded sailor Jens Listrup in his Norlin 411. According to weather and routing expert Jure German the wind will start to kick in during the night/morning to friday.
